What it is
A market intelligence platform tracking offshore wind farms worldwide, from the first seabed lease and site survey through consenting, auction award, design, tendering, financial close, installation, commissioning and repowering. Every record carries verified investment values, nameplate capacity, foundation and turbine selection, timelines, stakeholders, tenders and decision-maker contacts.
Turbine, foundation and cable suppliers, EPCI contractors, vessel owners and ports use it to find projects while packages are still being tendered, book capacity ahead of the market, and follow each site to first power.
Coverage begins with seabed leasing rounds, survey campaigns, marine licence applications and grid connection requests, read in the local language before a project is announced.
Developer, turbine OEM, foundation and cable suppliers, EPCI contractor, installation vessel owner and marshalling port are mapped to each project with verified contacts.
Each project carries its stage, from seabed lease and consent through offtake award and financial close to installation and first power, and an alert fires when a watched package is awarded.
Nameplate capacity, grid connection dates and package awards are reconciled against two independent sources and cited, with the date each was last confirmed.

Where the tracked pipeline actually sits. Counts come straight from the live database and are compared against the busiest region, not against a total: the regions overlap, so they are never added together.
Bars are scaled to the busiest region. A project in a country belonging to more than one grouping is counted in each, so these figures are not additive.
Market intelligence
Of the 1,319 upcoming offshore wind projects tracked, 14% are at contract award, pre-construction or under construction, 78% are in study, planning or design and 8% have only been announced. Planning is the largest single stage, with 1,022 projects.
